What We Do

PACT Training makes any workplace a better place for everyone.

PACT gives supervisors, managers and staff personnel the skills they need to proactively shape their workplace. PACT trains people to deal with complex human dynamics: anger, conflict, discipline, sudden change, cultural differences, harassment and violence. PACT has the methods, expertise and experience to increase people skills in the critical areas listed below.
